Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Faulty Equipment: If the printer arrives non-functional, damaged, or missing essential components.
- Service Errors: If there is a delay or delivery failure due to an error on our part.
- Early Cancellation: Full or partial refunds may be available if a rental is canceled before shipment (see cancellation policy below).
Refunds are not available for:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Late cancellations made after shipment
Refund Process
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:
- Report the Issue Contact us at support@smartprintrentals.com within 48 hours of receiving your equipment.
- Return the Equipment If a return is required, we’ll provide instructions. Be sure to return all original components and packaging.
- Inspection Once the returned item is received, our team will inspect the equipment to verify the issue.
- Refund Issuance Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:
- The product was faulty or damaged on arrival
- The return is due to an error on our part
