At Smart Print Rentals, we strive to deliver a seamless and satisfactory rental experience. If you’re not fully satisfied, our refund and cancellation policy outlines your options and eligibility for a return or refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Faulty Equipment: If the printer arrives non-functional, damaged, or missing essential components.
  • Service Errors: If there is a delay or delivery failure due to an error on our part.
  • Early Cancellation: Full or partial refunds may be available if a rental is canceled before shipment (see cancellation policy below).

Refunds are not available for:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling
  • Late cancellations made after shipment

Refund Process

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  • Report the Issue Contact us at support@smartprintrentals.com within 48 hours of receiving your equipment.
  • Return the Equipment If a return is required, we’ll provide instructions. Be sure to return all original components and packaging.
  • Inspection Once the returned item is received, our team will inspect the equipment to verify the issue.
  • Refund Issuance Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:

  • The product was faulty or damaged on arrival
  • The return is due to an error on our part
